Note:
The V-1.3 manual differs only slightly from the previous V-1 manual and matches the recently reprinted V-1 DVD entitled: "Video Elements: Version 1.3 January 2009."  The differences between the two manuals and DVDs principally have to do with the selection of buffer slides that appear on the screen.
